Maturity Level Assessment

A maturity model can be applied by Audit Department to identify the level at which an enterprise’s practices lie and to set target levels for achievement.  By assessing the maturity of different aspects of implementation processes, it becomes clear what their strengths and weaknesses are, and also where improvements are needed.

All our maturity models follow the characteristics along a five-point scale

0  Non-existent

1  Initial

2  Repeatable

3  Defined

4  Managed

5  Optimised

for assessing the maturity level of your companies’ individual processes. This classification has been defined by Kleppe and Warmer and is by now established as an industry best practice

Audit Department has established guides for the assessment of various process disciplines which we offer to apply at your company level. For our clients we have assessed the maturity level of Service Management processes (such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration and Service Level Management), Project and Portfolio Management processes, Value Governance and Asset Management processes.

Finalising our assessment, you will be given a detailed assessment report, a chart identifying the status your company is currently in, and our recommendations how to improve the current status.

Our Country offices in London, Hamburg and Milan will be looking forward to your individual requests and can help you in defining the ideal package for your individual requirements.
